Our impartiality framework ensures that assessors, invigilators, and certification officers perform their roles without conflict of interest. We strictly apply the two-year separation rule between training and certification, ensuring that no individual or group is advantaged or disadvantaged through prior association.

We apply the requirements of IECEx Operational Documents (ODs) and ISO/IEC 17024:2012 – Conformity assessment – General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons in full. This guarantees that our assessment and certification processes are transparent, objective, and based solely on demonstrated competence.
